In stock books will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving order.  Although we keep just about every book in stock, if a book is not in stock, add three to five business days to receive order.

  If paying with personal check, there will be a 10 day hold for your check to clear before shipping.

Please complete this form to order your book.  After completing your information, click on the submit button at the bottom of this form to send this form to us.  Please complete a new form for every book you are ordering.   

If you are ordering more than one book you must complete a new form for each book you order.  However, you can provide the payment information and payment totals on only one form if you'd like - this way you won't have to enter the same information on each form you submit.

#528 Wedding - Include all that apply: Bride’s first name, name she goes by, maiden name, groom’s name, name he goes by, last name, wedding date, ceremony location (name of church or other location), city, officiator’s name (name of minister, etc.), maid or matron of honor (name and specify if she is maid or matron), bridesmaids, flower girl, best man, ushers, groomsmen, ring bearer, bride’s escort, reception location, first home location, where they met, special thanks to..., book from, date of gift.

#528 Anniversary - Include all that apply: Wife’s name, husband’s name, wedding date, anniversary date, number of years married, honeymoon location, first home (address), wedding location, names of children and grandchildren, dedication (with love from, etc.), book from, date of gift. Indicate your choice of standard version or humorous version.

#527 Retirement - Include all that apply: Retiree’s first name, last name, spouse’s name, retiree’s gender, hometown, friends or family (up to three), co-workers (up to three), favorite activities, place of employment, job title, number of years there, date of retirement.
